How to Apply

  • Step 1: Schedule a Visit

    The registration process is designed to help you learn as much as possible about our school, while helping us become better acquainted with you and your child. Before you schedule a visit, you should think about some questions that are most important to you regarding your child. We would be happy to schedule you a personal tour outside of class time. This will give you the perfect opportunity to ask specific questions pertaining to your child and the benefits provided by enrolling in a Montessori program. Please email our local program to schedule a visit.

  • Step 2: Application Process

    After having your school tour and/or attending an open house we will provide you with a registration form. Applications must be submitted to our administration email or office with a one-time Registration Fee. Both the registration form and payment must be received in order for us to begin processing your application. Once the registration form and fee have been received, we will send a registration package that consists of a parent handbook, calendar, and required licensing forms to continue with the registration process.

  • Step 3: Admission

    Admission into our Child Care & Kindergarten programs is on a first come first served basis. Returning students, and their siblings, have priority over new admissions. An effort is made to balance the enrollment according to gender and age. Families applying to have their children attend our ECS Kindergarten Program in Calgary will be asked to provide a birth certificate or other government ID required to comply with provincial legislation. Our programs fill up quickly so applications will be placed on a wait list in order of dates and you will receive confirmation once an opening occurs.
